We very much enjoyed working with Will in our hunt for our daughters first home. The real estate market in Ottawa at the time we were looking was just insane and houses were selling so fast so we had to jump very fast on any new listing. Will was always accommodating and worked hard to get us showings with very little notice. He provided guidance in dealing with the bidding as all of these places were selling above market. It was a very eye opening experience and we were glad to have someone like Will guide us through it all. Thanks Will take care!
