No one emails you back, answers your calls, or even calls you back. Seriously what kind of a realtor company is this?

I had a really bad experience with Candice, very unprofessional and show a defiant attitude. She refused to say sorry for her mistake and threaten to fail the lease at the last minute. (She processed our application on the last evening of the deadline, and contacted our realtor at 9 PM to ask us to solve the issue for her mistake without any "sorry" or "please"). After I did her a favor to solve her mistake, she refused to say sorry and said we are not her client, her client is the landlord only. Can't imagine can that attitude in this industry and why she reached a position at this company. THREATENING a client/partner is unacceptable in any circumstance. Especially the issue was started by her. UPDATE: - I contacted Mark and waiting for his update after talking with her - I will update once I received his response. - Candice bothered my realtor recently after receiving the feedback, she even yelled at him (really aggressive). (She still didn't admit her issue and no apology was given).
