As first-time home buyers we relied on Jacen to help us navigate the intricacies of buying a home. I felt like he always had our best interests at heart and never rushed us into making any decisions. Jacen was our landlord for 2 years from 2014-2016 and then helped us buy our current home in 2016. We have bought and sold four previous homes in the UK and Ontario and the experience with Jacen has been the best by far. He is an honest, hard working realtor who has great knowledge of the Ottawa market and the people who work within it. He listened carefully to our property "wishlist" and then successfully negotiated a great price for our current property and helped us find suitable trades people for a large renovation. The finished product is a wonderful home and we are very grateful to Jacen for his efforts.
