My husband and I were recommended to work with Anthony from a friend. We wanted someone who was low pressure, responsive, engaging, and knowledgeable. We were looking for a family home, but also somewhere that would be a good investment. We were very pleased with our house purchasing journey with Anthony. We visited many homes, sometimes multiple times per week, from ~June-February. Anthony was friendly and enthusiastic about every showing, of which there were many! This agent likes what he does, enjoys the real estate market and trends, and was always willing to share what he can professionally. From the first call he was open about what he brought to the table, and clear that we could look at some houses to start with and re-evaluate as we went in regards to what we wanted and needed. We were able to go through all houses we requested to see very quickly, Anthony was professional throughout our work together, very responsive and prompt with all communications, and if he was unavailable for a showing quickly had another team member lined up to take us through ASAP. We were shown a few houses by Tania while Anthony was at conferences or otherwise engaged. She was also always professional, shrewd, and offered excellent insights into the house, market, and location. When we made offers and then purchased, we were guided through the process with all our questions answered with integrity and clarity. Our lawyer also found them professional, courteous, and friendly to work with. We would recommend Anthony and the team to anyone looking for a house in the area and would use their services again in the future.
