Basia was interested in helping me from our first phone call. From understanding the housing market, answering any questions I had, to finding exactly what I was looking for, Basia was all in for me. She did the work and identified well priced houses that fit my criteria, arranged a few house inspections to educate me on what to look out for, and kept encouraging me when I felt like I couldn't afford a home I liked. Basia is knowledgeable, and always brought to the table strategizing skills, which aim to include evolving client interests, as she perceived them today. In our case, parents and offspring were purchasing a property and home together. Basia, inciteful as she is, was able to balance our different needs and interests with our common goals, while keeping in mind what the current real estate market had to offer. Similarly, she provided research on specific characteristics of a property and/or dwelling, in relation to bylaws which pertain to what our investment might entail. How encouraging is that, to offer transparencies, that enable us to take yet another step closer, toward the purchase of what we were looking for. Well ok then, let's celebrate the result.
