Meaghan is a true professional in every sense. Her expansive knowledge of everything real estate, level-headed approach, and deep empathy brought a much-needed dose of sanity to our first venture into this crazy real estate market. She continued to expertly shepherd us through the complicated house-buying process with gusto, providing advice, recommendations, and everything else we needed. Shes also an absolute pleasure to be around (which given the lockdowns, meant she was our only socialization for months!) and made the experience of checking out new houses more fun than it ever should be. Five years ago, Meaghan helped us buy our first home. We had a great experience with her and we didn't think twice about working with her again this year when we decided to sell our home. This is the second home that Meaghan has sold with our family. In both cases, we put our complete trust in Meaghan's hands, confident in her knowledge of the real estate market and in the professionalism of Meaghan and her team members and we were not disappointed. Meaghan is everything you could ask for in a realtor! She helped me purchase my first home 8 years ago when I moved to Ottawa. It was a quick and seamless process, so when it came to looking for a new house back in 2020 I reached out to her immediately. Meaghan really understood what I needed in a new home and was able to be strategic and focused in our house hunting. Not only did she close the deal on my new (dream) house this past summer, but helped me tenant my original house (through careful selection!). She is quick and efficient and gets things done behind the scenes which makes the process virtually effortless. She is extremely knowledgeable about market trends and provides great advice; even on a week to week basis as the market changes and evolves so quickly. Would 10/10 recommend!
