We've been working with Aboozar for a past year and we can't be happier with his service and his decency more than this! We are out of town and we asked Aboozar to rent our townhouse. It took him less than 48 hours to rent our property to a very professional couple. Our tenants bought a house and they needed to leave earlier than their lease terms, and Aboozar helped us (and also them) to know the rules and how to terminate the lease. And guess what, he rented it again for us within 24 hours this time to another professional couple. I highly recommend Aboozar for anyone looking for a professional real estate specialist.

I successfully bought a condo with the help of Aboozar in a highly sought after neighborhood. He was very energetic and responsive throughout the process from setting up viewings to explaining pros and cons of each and every place. We were buying in a sellers market situation when there was a huge amount of competition for each house. He was very patient in the bidding process making sure we offer the right dollar value and put the right conditions for each case.
