There is not a mountain high enough from which to sing Georgia's praises. Short story: I sold for the price that I wanted, very quickly, and it was entirely as a result of Georgia's impressive knowledge of the market and negotiation skills. Long story: My mother lives in a retirement home and I needed to sell her house, which was a massive project. Georgia had a vision from Day 1 and laid out the steps to achieve a TV worthy makeover. With her project management skills, connections within the industry, and her boots-on-the-ground help, we transformed the home into something I've only seen in magazines. Her use of professional staging was the icing on the cake, and I believe it made the difference in the final sale price, which she skillfully determined using both current and historic data. She was also incredibly patient with my mother, and took the time to explain everything to her. Agents today need more than just real estate knowledge; they need to be skilled in design, data, social media, and client service. And Georgia nails it. 10/10 Recommend.

Georgia has been our realtor for every buy and sell we have done and she is absolutely amazing , with her joyful personality and her caring demeanor it has done every transition and part of the process fun and enjoyable. I could not recommend her enough!

Georgia was an absolute pleasure to work with. My husband and I happened to meet Georgia at the exact time we were looking to sell our first home and buy our second. Georgias caring, outgoing, and determined personality drew us to her and made us feel at ease with the journey we were about to embark on. The process of buying and selling a home is not an easy one, but Georgia made sure to reassure us at every step, no matter the time of day. Georgia is also an extremely impartial realtor - which we really appreciated. She remained neutral about every house we viewed, she didnt try and persuade us to proceed with something we werent comfortable with. The entire process took about two months, from the time our first house hit the market to the time we were moving into our new home. Georgia, you really are a gem.
