We have sold and purchased quite a few houses in our lifetime so far. We have always been fairly well served by Real Estate brokers. We have recently sold our condo unit and purchased our new townhouse through Toni. She reached out to us after I had searched on line. I was curious to know the value of our condo. We organized our first meeting. Toni was so respectful of our time. We never felt pressured. She was very responsive to the multitude of messages and emails we sent. She has the patience of an angel! She is very trustworthy. The pride that she has of working with her team is very evident. She is also well supported by her colleagues. The speed with which she organized the marketing of the sale of our condo was amazing: - a very efficient, realistic, and thrifty staging agent came quickly. - the home inspectors she recommended were informative , and inspired confidence. - the photos taken of our condo were professionally collated into a classy booklet which was made available to our prospective buyers on our Open House. Our condo sold on its first day on the market! She immediately organized a portal through which our house search criteria were outlined, and we found our new home within the same week. We never felt we were disturbing Toni when we asked questions. Individually, it is apparent that she promotes local businesses and she enjoys working with a team that prides itself on the sense of community that their marketing displays. It certainly was comforting for us to deal with one agent unlike other brokerages where there are selling agents and buying agents. Toni endeavoured to meet our expectations related to the sale of our condo and to find a home which met all our criteria.
