With being a younger couple excited to be purchasing a home for the first time, it can be very easy to be taken advantage of. I know this personally because it was attempted with us with previous realtors before Christina. When we were referred to her by a happy family member, we knew from the first conversation that we were in good hands. Christina respected our selective requirements, timeframes and preferences without any struggles. She was very accommodating to our schedule and worked tirelessly with us through this stressful market. She was even willing to go see a home in Arnprior, before heading to the outskirts of Rockland to see another on the same day. Definitely will not be changing realtors until she wants to retire!!

I would recommend Christina to anyone who needs a real estate agent. She is very knowledgeable about the market, is a great communicator and goes out of her way to accommodate scheduling for her clients! She is patient & dedicated and you can feel the passion she has for her work from the beginning of the journey right to the end when the deal is finalized!

Christina helped us find tenants for our rental property. As new landlords, we were unsure of where to begin, how to find quality tenants, certain laws and such. Christina was very knowledgeable and helped guide us to finding a great tenant. In the end, we got an excellent tenant for our property, a higher rent than expected, and gained a lot of knowledge.
