Matt was an amazing realtor. He set my expectations very clearly...and that made everything so much better and easier. My situation was difficult, but knowing that Matt was 'on the job's was a huge relief and the results were better than I could have hoped for. Regrettably we listed our condo with M.Richling for about 6 weeks. He did not hold any open houses, did not post a For Sale sign at the street front and often did not even respond to our phone calls day or night. We had to call ReMax in order to patch us through, then he picked up. Needless to say no prompt feedback from him for the few showings we had. He is also not shy to drop the f-word at our site meeting. Very unprofessional. We listed with another agent, had more showings in a week than the 6 weeks with Richling and she sold the property in 1.5 weeks.

We had the pleasure of working with Matt when we were looking for a condo in Ottawa for our daughter, and later when we were selling the condo that we chose. Matt took the time to show us a variety of options and helped us evaluate the pros and cons of each location and condo that was on the market, and then negotiated for us to get us the best price. When it came time to sell the condo, Matt worked hard to evaluate the market and gave great advice that netted us a higher price than we thought possible in that market. Matt is very personable and available to help when you need him. Highly recommended.

I have purchased and sold a condo through Matt in Ottawa. From a buyer's perspective I found him to be incredibly knowledgeable and professional when showing me potential units. He isn't a pushy sales guy which is also a great quality. Because of this I decided to list a condo for sale with him this past June. The entire experience was completely hassle free and Matt did a great job getting it sold even with the unit being Tennant occupied. I had tried with another realtor the year before and the difference in professionalism and expertise was noticable. I would strongly recommend Matt as either a buyer or sellers agent.
