We moved to Ottawa move during a pandemic lock-down (this was not part of the plan when we started). The playbook was different, no childcare, one person in a home at a time, masks, gloves, sanitizer, very few homes for sale. Through all of this Jeremy was optimistic, organized and efficient. He had patience for our questions as both newbies to buying a home and the Ottawa area. For the houses that sold in the time we were looking, I noticed that Jeremy's track record for predicting what a home would sell for was perfectly calibrated-- you can trust his estimates when setting a price.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Jeremy to buy our new home. As first time home buyers Jeremy was amazing to work with as he was extremely knowledgeable about the Ottawa market and upfront and honest with us throughout the entire process. Jeremys wit and professionalism made navigating an unpredictable housing market during an even more unpredictable time a joy and we will miss seeing houses with him. We plan to use Jeremy's services again in the future and would absolutely recommend working with Jeremy!

I rarely give reviews, however we were so impressed with Jeremy. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, he also treated us like we were old friends. We had no doubt that he had our best interest at heart throughout the entire process, and he went well above and beyond our expectations to land us the best possible deal! Look no further as you can't ask for a better real estate agent.
