        Nobody has come to clean the sidewalks yet after last night's major storm Nobody can get out of their homes . They should have come by now to clean the sidewalks. Jan 26.2023 we cannot even walk on the sidewalks. This is totally unacceptable. Nobody has come by to clean them yet it should have been by at least once. The amount of condo fees that we paid there is no excuse for this this is totally unacceptable

        Poor communication. They rarely answer the phones, which means you have to leave a voicemail, and they may or may not respond to that message. Initially when renting the property, responses were faster, by Aaron Erwin. However, the repair/maintenance department seems to have no system for direct communication and I've never got a quick response from them after the initial rental agreement. My apartment is 28.5 degrees for over 24hrs (A/C is included but not working), I sent a request last night (from their website) and left a voicemail this morning, and still no response from PMA Realty.
