We loved working with Samantha for our recent home purchase in Westboro! Shes smart, personable and strategic. Shes passionate about real estate and really knows her stuff, helping us understand what we could realistically hope for within our budget and how different factors might influence the value of a home (e.g. a new foundation, proximity to a highway, etc). She was incredibly responsive to our questions and needs, not to mention super flexible to accommodate our hectic schedules (with two kids under 4) and a fast-moving housing market where often big decisions must be made within 24 hours. Samantha is fabulous. From the moment Samantha answered her phone, I knew we were in good hands! We met with several real estate agents in order to see who we felt the most comfortable with, and my husband and I both knew from the moment we met that she would work harder for us than anyone else. She might be young but she's a "go-getter". She came to our first meeting having done all her research and was fully prepared. Some of the other agents wouldn't give us any information until we signed with them, claiming they wanted to see the place before they bothered to do any research. Samantha has an eye for excellence and pays attention to details that none of the other real estate agents ever picked up on. And she's honest; she will tell you exactly what you need to hear, even if it's hard. She held our hands the entire way, communicating everything as the process progressed. If the excellent customer service wasn't enough, she secured us an incredible offer above the asking price that any other agent said we could possibly hope for - and closed the deal for us before the house ever even went on the market.
