I was apprehensive at the idea of selling my condo at first, but after reading his insightful posts on Reddit I gathered up the courage and reached out to start the process. I have cognitive issues, and he and the team went above and beyond to make accommodations for me and help me navigate the process. They took care of everything from scheduling appointments, showings, even going as far as to come by and sit with me during appointments that I was stressed about. They answered all of my questions, and treated my sale as if it was their own. I really felt like part of the family. Everything was streamlined and laid out in a way that I could understand, and I never felt confused or like I was being pushed along. Their dedication and care means the world to me, and I can't recommend them enough. Do yourself a favor and work with them - you really won't regret it.

Nick came highly referred by a friend to help sell my condo. I'd never sold a home before, so was completely green and unsure of the process. Nick has a process to help you along the way - a helpful checklist to keep you on track, he sent stagers to suggest ways to become more attractive in a vast market, and also sent us helpful personalized videos along the way. Once my place was on the market, Nick organized regular open houses, check-ins by phone or in person, and weekly emails with market insight. He was very helpful with determining a price that would be suitable for both myself and buyers - in a shifting market. When another similar condo came on the market in the neighbourhood, Nick was able to quickly assess the impact and came up with a plan to address any concerns. With Nick's help, my place sold easily within a few short weeks. It was a far less stressful experience than I had anticipated - and that was because of Nick's expertise. I'd highly recommend Nick to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. p.s. He also helped us buy our next property (which was just as easy as selling)!

We were referred to Nick by a close friend as we were looking at buying a home. Being a first-time home buyer, there were lots of questions throughout the process. Nick answered in a manner that was easily understood (and sometimes pun-ny). Nick's experience and expertise was evident when we found the house we wanted to buy. He walked us through what to expect, provided us a plan on making the offer, and guided us through the negotiations. We ended up very satisfied with the outcome of the negotiations and will take possession of our home in 3 weeks. As buying a house is a big undertaking, we were expecting a more frantic, nerve-racking experience, but Nick made the process smooth which eliminated unnecessary stress. We'd recommend Nick to anyone looking to sell their existing home or purchase a new one.

This was sneaky thing. I made a review for a sandwich shop and the results were posted to a realtor site. I have no idea what the star rating should be for this business since I have not had any dealings with them....

As first time home buyers, we had no idea what to expect from our first time working with a realtor. We're so glad we reached out to Nick and his team, as they totally blew our expectations out of the water! We ended up working with Karim and we couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Since it was our first time buying, we needed guidance, and Karim was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating with our many questions and concerns. He was SO responsive and flexible throughout the whole process - I've never worked with a professional that was able to get things done as quickly as Karim. He stuck with us and kept our spirits up even after we had an unlucky turn of events in our search. Most of all we enjoyed working with Karim because he's just a funny, kind, and great dude! After many viewings, much excitement, and a little bit of stress, we're now settled in our new home thanks to Karim, Nick, and their team. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone, and Karim will be the first name out of our mouths for future referrals to friends and family!
