        The woman there are so rude and judgmental. They took one look at my application and seem i wrote single and no job. I explained I just moved to Ottawa with my 2 small children and am looking for a nice place for my family. Cuz I knew the people who JUST moved out and I so I gave an application. No body else knew they were moving. The office woman looked at my application and Rejected me right to my face. With such attitude and judgment. Horrible service. And they don't even care for the maintenance of any of their buildings. Plumbing problems. Lighting issues. Bathroom leaks over kitchens in a few houses. Basements are unfinished. My family lived there for 17 years and just had their floors changed. Horrible people and horrible service

        I like living here, people are nice at the office. Some people who rent don't take care of their places and then blame the office for it breaking saying their old places. I don't have any problems with them. They will listen to you and if you have a complaint do it in writing. I have a clean place and love it. It's my home.
