Nick Kyte and team were truly exceptional! They were a 15 out of 10! Nick bent over backward for us! He sold our condo via multiple offers. I was introduced to Nick by my daughter who has sold and purchased a few houses using Nick and his team and has a very high level of confidence in them. I was impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data that he had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with him. Nicks responsiveness was incredible.
