Lazy staff are very slow. It took the guy 2 min just to roll up the top of the bag to hand it to somebody. He was too busy trying to look cool instead of doing his job properly. He's not the only one either. The girls making the burgers took 4 min just to put gloves on. They are unbelievably lazy!!! Been three many times and it has always been like this, except once and it was when it was an all white staff.

This is the worst bk in the city (st.laurent in Ottawa). The restaurant is always dorty and they constantly screw up delivery orders - I won't do business there anymore.
