Meals On Wheels

Made arrangements for my brother, so far so good. Helps alleviate some of the stress and load off myself in helping him and his inability to cook for himself.

Kudos to the team at Meals on Wheels. It's mostly volunteers and they are doing a fantastic job. I can't say enough about how great this service is. It's so easy to order on line and it's confirmed and delivered right to your door. Both hot and frozen meals. If you have difficulty cooking now, don't hesitate to try it.

The meals have been a delight since I started ordering in January '22. I'm recovering from a broken hip and my mobility, including shipping isn't what it used to be. Full meals included a hot three-portion entree, soup, a container of fruit or fresh fruit, and a dessert. I've enjoyed apple crisp, blueberry cheesecake! or a cake or brownie of some kind. I couldn't do any of this on my own right now. * The team is courteous, and someone always calls ahead so that I can be at the door when my meal arrives. (My full meal just arrived.) * For shut-ins, or seniors who find grocery shopping, and maybe taxi fare, during the coldest months of winter to be a real challenge, this is ideal. You can order as many or few meals as you wish.I receive six meals a week except for Sunday, when there is no delivery.It's great!

Meals on wheels is a great source of nutrition t about 11:20 they sho up hot steaming food ready for eat. Their volunteers break through struggle and what not everyday. Im called if Im not around or leave instructions morning of to get my meal adequately and efficient.
