On-Time Snow Removal

The owner Dillion is very rude and disrespectful. I didnt even finish asking a question over the phone and Dillion starts going off on a rampage yelling give me my money. The contract we signed says: The Contractor will ensure any snow and/or sleet accumulation over 5cm after 7:00 PM will be removed by 7:00 AM the following morning. Snow removed within 12 hours of accumulation over 5cm. This will be known forthwith as the "Service Period". But on several occasions we did not get snow removal service for many days. Stay away from this place and the incredibly childish owner.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! This company constantly never showed up after snow days and I was left always shovelling my own driveway. Very unprofessional and very unreliable. All his responses were so unprofessional and even admitted to never showing up. This company is a scam, please dont waste your money because they literally will never come Edited to ADD: I called the place 3x no answer! You don't work for free? My dude you never came lol! Stole my money and never came once after the second payment... I don't pay for "no service" ... owners attitude on these comments just be warning enough for others thinking about this service!!

Its disheartening to have to do this.. but after so much arguing with the owner it has to be done. DO NOT hire this company! This season they have been completely unreliable and might of showed up 3x the entire season. When I inquired about getting a refund on my second half (they never showed up after countless snowstorms) I was gaslighted and told I am being so unreasonable after he already admitted the quality this season has been bad due to growing pains. This is not how you keep business. I highly DO NOT recommend and suggest staying clear, even though their title is on time it is anything but very disappointed and very unsatisfied with the services I paid $$ for. Pay the little extra for a more reliable company who will actually show up

I am extremely pleased with the quality of service and the polite, professional manner in which On-Time Snow Removal conducts their business with. They are prompt with initial clearings and can be counted on for follow-up clearings no matter the size of storm (big or small). One of the best snow removal companies I have had experience with! I would highly recommend their service!
