Frugal Rock

Had a great experience getting our countertops through Frugal Rock. They had lots of slabs to choose from, (check their instagram if you want to see their new stock as it comes in), and I feel like I got a good deal on the one I chose. It was cut and installed sooner than expected, and the installers (from Vesta Marble) did an impeccable job! There's a seam in the photo that you can't even see.

First, the price blew me away. I was a little skeptical at what kind of service I would get, but at every stage I was very happy. The installation crew did a great job and I couldn't be happier with my new, budget-friendly, quartz countertop.

Unprofessional to say the least. Poor quality of work. I would suggest going with any other company. Not one thing was properly done when the installers installed the countertop. They destroyed other parts of the kitchen and left a mess. The office manager, Richard failed to acknowledge, handle or even apologize for such a poor install and has yet to resolve the issue one month after the issues were brought to his attention. ZERO stars from me. UPDATE: After leaving this review, we received email threats from the office manager, Richard accusing my business partner of making a false review and stated they will take legal action if we dont remove it. Lucky for this company, my business partners review has not yet posted. His review will show you just how poor the quality of work this company does and just how REAL these reviews are. Nearly TWO MONTHS later, We have YET to receive any kind apology and they deffinetly have not compensated for the additional costs to our business and damage occurred by their installers. This company would likely have more poor reviews if they didnt threaten people to remove them. These guys would rather threaten litigation than just apologize and make up for their mistakes. An awful way to run any kind of business.
