My tax expert was very knowledgeable, explained how she arrived at the final result and answered my questions concisely. I felt like I was in very good hands.

I was very confused about taxes and hesitant to go anywhere. I finally gave it a try and Mr. Shahzeb there was really professional and helpful. His guidance helped me out a lot. Definitely recommend this place for international students.

Fanny Barihenda was the tax expert who received me. She did a very good service by clearly explaining everything to me regarding my tax return. She was very warm and helpful. I'm glad to have met him and I hope that next year it will be this tax expert from H&R Block who will take care of my tax return.

Update: i called the number they provided on my last review. no body picked up. their office is now temporarily closed and my taxes aren't still filed by them. They advised me to file my taxes after the legal deadline! (which is illegal btw) and again nothing up until now. +THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM+. I reported them to BBB and hopefully I can get somewhere with them before suing them to the court. They are by far the worst business Ive ever encountered with. They are irresponsible and non-responsive. Its extremely stressful to deal with them. AVOID IF YOU CAN! Dropped off my tax documents weeks ago and was told theyll get back to me within a week. Called back after 2 weeks and they said theylol get back to me soon. Up until now that is 1 day from the deadline, no one called me back. They are horrible!

Terrible client services. Voicemail says they will call back within 2 hours. Never happened. Even when I spoke to the receptionist and asked her to call me back, she never did. I called to confirm my own appointment, left a message, never called me back. When i showed up for my appointment, i was told the person I was supposed to see wasn't there and they didn't know when she would be available next. They said they tried to call me to let me know, when i asked what number they had on file, the number wasn't even the right area code. Save your time and go somewhere else.
