Excellent online videos have been veryhelpful with all of the associateshaving their own login. They are learning at their pace and completing and presenting assignments. I highly recommend to any organization the training and coaching provided by Alpen Path Solutions.

Early on in my career, I had the opportunity to receive Lean training from an employer who was a former account executive for Xerox. He was a believer and practitioner. At the time I was a operations manager for an IM company and the theories taught in Lean was very applicable for the assembly line type of industry where I was working. Fast forward 10 years, I was no longer on the assembly, but rather managing a data science and informatics division working on special projects. I didn't realize that Lean would be applicable, let alone beneficial, until I took the courses provided by France and Joanne at Alpen Path. Their years of experience exploring and teaching students from all sectors and industries gave them the insight and knowledge to help me realize how Lean can be incorporated into my field of work. The principles and lessons taught helped me develop a system/framework to problem-solve and seek out opportunities for efficiencies for my team and clients. I have found principles taught in Gemba EXTREMELY useful when working with clients to resolve their operational issues and bottlenecks through careful observation. Last year, I enrolled 10 of my employees to take the certification courses. France and Joanne's program is pure gold and can help any organization improve and I intend on making their program mandatory training for future employees, especially those in or in training for leadership positions.
