Did a 3 day training session with Kam on Adobe Captivate. The course was good for someone starting in Captivate. The training was well done and the presenter was well versed in the software.

Not that great of an experience. Supporting local is what I do but this will likely be the last time for something like this. The softwares are fine but the people running it should know more in my opinion. The stats in the webpage to reduce training time is a sign up bait. Tried to get some money back at least because the training wasnt working and dynamics between people running this is questionable. My wife got treated like she was a oblivious to anything, maybe because shes a female, dont know but Craig was not nice to her or atletas made her feel stupid. I will never try this again. I guess I will need to find a larger company and pay the amount expected to get decent training by true professionals and ones that have increased flexibility in their terms and condition. Its a shame some small businesses are playing a desperate game and completely screw up customer service e while they get crushed by bigger and better companies that understand the market. Dont recommend.
