Absolutely the best service in town when purchasing a mattress. Family owned, honest and ethical. My entire family has Hardy mattresses, one of them is 15+ years old & still in fantastic shape. Purchased a new mattress today, customized to the firmness that felt right & will be delivered in two days. Do not spend your time or money anywhere else.

Great experience dealing with Denis - he built us a custom mattress, and when we didn't like one side, he picked up the mattress and changed the firmness, with no questions asked. Very happy with Hardy - highly recommended!

This is hands down the finest business I have had the pleasure of dealing with in Ottawa, or perhaps at all, ever. Denis, the owner, takes great pride in his work and is wonderfully personable, honest, and highly professional. He (virtually personally) made us two simple but elegant King-sized upholstered beds exactly to our specifications, including the excellent latex mattresses. The workmanship is top-notch--these beds will last forever. The price was also extremely reasonable. From beginning to end, this was a really great experience and I cannot recommend this small business with a long history in Ottawa highly enough. Thank you again Denis!

Took my 30year old Queen size down duvet to Hardy Bedding in to be renovated. My duvet had damage from my dog trying to dig holes, I had vacuumed up the down collected into a bag. Took all into Hardy requesting SAVE my original label, so I will remember who had made my beautiful original duvet. THEY DID A SUCH A FANTASTIC JOB AND SO QUICKLY. LOVE HARDY BEDDING!!

Had a really great experience here. The owner, Denis, is really nice, knowledgeable and helpful. We got a custom mattress made here that was around the same price as the premium ones at Mattress Mart, etc but we got exactly what we wanted and you can't beat the quality. Hubby and I are not small people so Denis reinforced the edges so that when we sit down on the edge we don't sink down. After trying our new mattress for a couple of weeks, we found it a bit too hard so he gave us option of putting a softer latex inside or making us a custom topper. We chose the 2nd option and have slept like babies since. They also make custom down pillows and do furniture repairs and more. They can also fix up your existing mattress Definitely worth checking them out.
