Horrible experienc, got a quote asked if this would void the warranty of my windows, was told no. They said they have insurance if anything happens. Window cracked not even 12 hours after install they came inspected. Blamed the window company, said the glass was chipped, said they would be back after the window company came. So this cost me over $500 with them and a new window became I had a film on it. Check with your window company if nee build. You will not be covered and APWindows will avoid you. The installers were professional and quick. My only issue is with the sales team that provided reviews citing the the film will reduce the temperature in a room. In my case it made 0 impact in reducing the heat from sunlight. When I contacted them regarding this, they then blamed it on circulation etc. Maybe it is a circulation issue....but your sales team should say that up front and assess the room before installing. Also, after the install was done, there was lint on one window. This happens. My issue is that I had to threaten to call my credit card company for a refund before they would come to resolve it.

Well I have a large double patio door that was filmed at my house this morning. What a great company!. The customer service all the way through was simply amazing. The lady that came to measure was so nice and informed. Nathan was prompt to answer all email questions and the two installers that arrived this morning were great. They were helpful, professional, informative and just pleasant to speak with. The doors look fabulous and exactly what wanted. Customer service was definitely at an all time 5star. Thank you APW.
