        Extremely unprofessional and rude. Called two days before the appointment date they had available. I dont drive so I need more than two days notice in order to arrange transportation. Refused to provide any alternative dates. They claimed they had called and left a message previously but I likely missed it because their caller Id is Bryan and I had no idea it was the hearing clinic calling. Now my newborn is going without what I would consider an essential service. Overall horrible experience and a complete lack of empathy for new moms with limited transportation options.
