I was locked in my house for two days by snow up against both front and rear doors. I attempted to get help but I did not know who to contact. I remembered my experience with CCAC after I returned from London University Hospital in 2011. I checked the web site and found an email address. I received an answer from a woman in London who worked in Client Services. She could not help me but gave me suggestions about who I might contact. In my email I included my address and phone number. About an hour or so later, I received a phone call. It was from someone outside my house on a cell phone. This woman from London has a daughter who lives in Owen Sound. She was calling me to make sure that she had the right house. She was with her little girl and they were sent here by the lady in London to shovel me out. That lady's name is Jane Easun. She is an angel and should not go unrecognized for her kindness. God Bless Her. Carol-Ann Lamothe
