had to give them a follow up call 3 weeks past my appointment because they did not fax my results. They did not even bother looking at my requisition form to find fax # for my doctor; instead, asked me to call my doctor. I pointed out that the fax # is on the requisition form, as it should be. Its not my job or responsibility to do this. The ultrasound technician was an amazing lady though, I wish the rest of the process wasnt inadequate.

I am a retired nurse and recently had a series of wrist x-rays at your facility prior to seeing an ortho specialist. Your technician was lovely but I was surprised not to be offered apron protection. Considering people accumulate a great deal of radiation over a lifetime: dental x-rays, radiation from the sun, CT scans, and multiple body part x-rays, I would think it a safe, sound and prudent practise to cover bodies when we can. I requested coverage for my neck to protect my thyroid once the x-rays had commenced. The thyroid is particularly sensitive to radiation and tells a story of frequent cancers; it must be protected in an x-ray environment. I had numerous x-rays post wrist fracture while living in China. Interesting that I was covered head to toe for each. This is an easy fix. Please take the time to protect people. Thank you.
