        Super efficient, and friendly staff. Facility has a touchless door entry and two cubicles for two nurse staff. I booked online and even though there were a few people ahead of me they completed on schedule. Blood test was painless and clean.

        Worst experience. Took my 4.5yr old son for blood work, person attending the reception came forth to collect his blood. I confirmed with her if she has collected small childs blood before and she said yes. She used a needle bigger than his vein, blood spurt out the moment she inserted. It started spilling out. This lady presses it with cotton and then tells us lets wait and try again. We immediately asked her to cancel and decided to leave. She was not even sorry about what she had done. Very rude and unpleasant behaviour. Never visit this lab. Totally unrecommended.
