Diamond Motor Inn

I asked for HST number to file my tax and following up with them for a while to get the HST number as I stayed in the Diamond Motor Inn. Spoke with an employee and very rude over the phone. He doesn't even want to mention his name. Always told me to call back after 2 weeks and I never got the details. Also hang up the phone twice while speaking. Very bad experience.

The room is OK but the noise at night was absolutely horrible. We called the first night because of somebody running up and down the stairs and all they told us was that there was nobody upstairs. Then the next night once again, upstairs in the back whatever there was this woman yelling, this child crying and the man started yelling as well. We called the front desk and they really did not do much about it. We shouldve called the cops like we said were going to was an absolute horrible stay. And my deposit I stay there in October and I never got my deposit back. Ive been calling for a few weeks now and I still havent got anything back so now I have to drive for three hours Out of my way to go get my deposit that I shouldve gotten back onto my card without questions. I absolutely would never ever stay there and would never recommend it to anybody. Absolutely horrible!
