I was a hot mess when I first went to see Deanna. Literally! Menopause was kicking my butt. Deanna really saw me and what I was going through. Deanna is very knowledgeable and gets to the heart of the problem. I went to see her about ibs symptoms which were causing anxiety. Within a week I was feeling better. Deanna helps you maintain your health instead of just putting fires out. Very happy with results and her coaching process.

Ive had the pleasure of working with Deanna over the last few months for myself and my daughter. She is professional, welcoming and knowledgable! I had such a fantastic Reiki session with Deanna. Afterwards I felt completely relaxed and even took a nap when I got home. This was well needed to re-set my system from chronic stress. Deanna was also able to give me supplements to support my stressed out system. I already booked more sessions, this will be part of my regularly needed self care!
