Sister has social anxiety and wouldnt let family use their Indian status card while she paid due to a policy set by the manager I was told by the cashier. Now in my opinion thats a bit racist but I think stores can set and enforce any policy they want as its their property. I just wont be spending any of my money there from now on.

I was in the store at around 3 pm Mon. April 24th. When I went to check out, the male cashier was busy talking to a female employee about a hair styling he was going to get that evening. He reluctantly came over to check out my purchases and never stopped talking to the female employee about his hair appointment. He refused to scan my optimum points card and told me if I wanted the points I would have to scan it myself. Then he refused to remove my bag of purchases from the hooks and told me to get it myself, while continuing his chat with the female employee. I have never had a problem like this before at this store, nor had I ever seen this cashier before. He is certainly not a credit to your service record, and I would question his continued employment considering his disrespectful attitude to customers!
