        Carl is attentive, knowledgeable, nonjudgmental, and empathetic. He suggests various resources/tools for effective coping and has been an amazing support through many life struggles. Im so fortunate to have found him!

        He was good for getting things off my chest and I felt better for awhile. After the therapy ended, however, things started to slip and are now worse than they were before.

        I was dealing with a family member who had serious addiction issues. I was having severe anxiety and it was affecting my work and home life not knowing how to help. I did one session with Carl where he helped me and my family temper our expectations to focus our efforts where they could be effective. Come with your thoughts and questions written down. Happy to say the person is 3 years clean, and has been thriving. Carl really guided us through a tough time. I cant thank him enough. 5 stars from me.
