I understand circumstances arise that may require an establishment to close early, and I'm sure it would be noted on the doors! But when a customer shows up and parks at 8:45 pm to find lights on, a customer walking out with a purchase and visible staff at the front; you'd think "phew, I made it!" But to your surprise, the DOORS ARE LOCKED? Now, what would be your first reaction? Probably take a step back from the doors, check your watch or phone for the time while checking their hours posted on the doors, and confirm it says 9:00 pm! Ok, so now why can't I enter the establishment that is supposed to be open TILL 9:00 PM? GOOD QUESTION BECAUSE I NEVER RECEIVED AN ANSWER OR THE ABILITY TO ENTER. What I did get though was this: I was able to gain the attention of NOT 1 BUT 4 STAFF MEMBERS AND ONE WHO I BELIEVE WOULD BE A SUPERVISOR TO SOME EXTENT...ALL STANDING there at the front cash! And as a customer who's now confused and checked their watch in front of the staff (who was 100% aware of me standing there), the staff did the same and checked their watch and was fully aware it was 8:50 pm, then shrugged their shoulders and turned their back to me. who they just shooed away! Another lady comes from the distance who I believe would have been a supervisor and was informed I was at the doors, she also checked the time than turned around and walked away with the other staff. Absolutely disrespectful and disgusting customer service. **all staff left the establishment at 858pm.**
