I was in Owen Sound for work and encountered a transmission issue with my F-150. Took it to Chris and his team and the overall experience was outstanding. They spent a couple hours diagnosing the issue and it ended up being a warranty/recall issue through Ford (speed frame). As was company policy, he would not accept payment as the issue was not repaired, even though he would lose the shop time spent diagnosing. I was 3 hours from home and the opportunity to take full advantage of my situation was there. So happy to see that there are still people in this industry that are forthcoming and care about their brand to that degree. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris and his team to anyone, at any point. Thanks again guys! Service: Transmission repair
