        I am so proud hitting my first milestone last month the OS ladies help with such amazing support and guidance it truly has added to my success!!!         I struggled for years trying to lose weight. I went into ewyn and Jess, Lana and Alicia are so positive and welcoming. I debate for awhile but finally decided to join in and I'm so thankful I did as I lost 40lbs! If you listen to them you can lose too! The program is a life style change that has helped my whole family into living a healthier lifestyle. Highly recommend the Owen sound ewyn

        My weight loss journey has been an adventure! I've met 3 amazing ladies, Jess, Alicia & Lana that have become my confidents, allies & my fan club. Always in my court, never judging & always cheering me on. I now have the energy to roll out of bed, get ready for work, full makeup all before 6am! They've taught me how to see food as nutrition & not as a reward. Their knowledge & advice on nutrition & recipes are so helpful. I always feel so uplifted after a visit with these ladies.they make you feel so special & worthy!!. Thank you for finding ME again.

        Hi. I joined the EWYN Weight Loss Program in 2019. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Sure it can be a little pricey but it is definitely worth it. For me it was challenging because my body was used to the weight I had and didn't want to adjust but with the help with Donna and her wonderful staff, I was able to achieve my goal and have been maintaining for the last 6 months or so. My life can be hectic at times especially at this time of the year but with their wonderful support and program it has been easier to stay on track . I have so much more energy and stamina then ever before. Thanks you ladies and your program Ruby
