Fantastic welcoming staff, great explainers of their services, and how their process of preparing for a float works. The float tank was awesome! Really helped me find some physical and mental relief. The price for an hour long float was affordable. The waiver was easy to understand. Overall, highly recommend them for your floats.

Such a cool experience - didnt have to move a muscle for an hour while I just floated! I stayed nice a warm and enjoyed the pitch black darkness.

Respiratory, Sinus and Mental Health I discovered what salt caves (halotherapy) were last year and had gone to one in the city. I had no idea this gem was here in town!! I use the therapy for my breathing, sinus and of course and hour of blissful rest and calm. I often fall asleep while I am there . I have a chronic lung condition and I get sinus infections yearly, when I feel something coming on I proactively head here to the salt caves. When I come out after an hour I sound like I have smoked a pack of cigarettes a day for a year, my ears feel like the fluid from my lymphatic system are draining all around them. That day or the next day I can feel things loosen in my chest, I will leave details out about the ears but I do need to clean them because what I feel was definitely something on the move. My son who is a teen is constantly stuffed up every morning. When I took him here he came out and his voices was so deep like he had been a smoker for years he wasn't as stuffed the next morning either. Using this therapy regularly I am certain he would benefit from. Let's talk about the mental health benefits, quiet and solitude in a gorgeous ambient cave with water falls quietly trickling on either end. Zero gravity chairs, bean bag chairs or yoga mat to enjoy the hour comfortably. I have taken a few people here with me as a way to de stress and from teen to adult they always say the same thing... They feel so relaxed. My first time I came out of the cave and I felt hazy, like I had never relaxed that hard ever. No phones, no talking for an hour, no guilt. I have used the float tanks and the salt caves. I can say with experience that it is very clean, the staff are always friendly, informative and supportive. My first time I was concerned about being claustrophobic and they were reassuring and supportive (no need to feel claustrophobic in either the salt cave or float tank btw). There are so many thoughtful touches in these services and the store front is beautiful and can keep you there for a very long time I will clearly be continuing with their services and I love my membership!
