        Craig at Ardco couldnt have been more unhelpful. .We bought a cottage that had a 3/4 year old hot tub from Ardco. It had issues as Craig unwittingly was supplying a sub standard product. In the end it failed, we asked for an economical fix but he asked us to follow good money with bad by buying a whole new pump. We asked where we could buy one so we could fix ourselves but he when schtum. Todays merchants are only about their terms. The idea that the customer matters at Ardco is questionable.Oh and by the way he doesnt sell them anymore? Sound familiar? We felt Money Pitted

        We got Craig and Lee to install cameras at our building in parry sound, Lee was at our place half and hour early. I actually arrived late but he was still very professional, and made really good suggestions and went above and beyond. Very clean job and after the job was finished Lee cleaned up the after himself and also took some time to explain the system to us. Thank you for the amazing experience. Manish .k

        We had a great experience buying our first hot tub from Craig. Friendly and knowledgeable. He arranged the delivery and set up. He went above and beyond oranganizing an appointment to see the tub at the manufacturer before we bought.

        Craig and Lee installed cameras and alarms at our cottage last summer after having trouble with a particular neighbor. Cameras are very detailed and we now have 24 hour visibility. What a great piece of mind knowing we are there but we are actually at home.

        Bought a new house with a security system and Ardco wont give me my own password to control it without paying $150, which i wouldn't even be that upset about if it didnt take them more than 2 months to get the appointment in the first place. For a company who sells security systems they sure don't have a shred of respect for my personal security knowing a complete stranger has full operation of my doors and cameras. Will be looking elsewhere for my security needs
