As soon as you walk in I was greeted by a unfriendly woman. As I had never been gone through this before and was sent there by my insurance company. I had many questions, the woman at the desk was not helpful and rude. The gentleman she sent out to look at and take pictures of the car, he was very friendly and was more than willing to listen to me and attempted to answer my questions. He also informed me they were short staffed and they are backlogged, it may take a while before they can get to my vehicle. I didn't realize till much later, after having received a quote found out it will be atleast 6 months before they will even get to my paperwork. Once they do they will call me to book an apt. Needless to say, we have changed bodyshops.

Communication could have been better. I felt like I just dropped off my car and when I went to pick it up, I got a stack of papers saying what was done, but no one went through it with me, not even briefly. Having said that, my car was repaired in a timely manner and so far I have not had any repair come back to haunt me. They were professional, but if you're expecting alot of human interaction, you may not find it here. I wasn't mistreated, they just don't excel in face-to-face communication exchanges. I have no complaints about the work done though.
