        Two different hourly rates based on whether you supply your own parts... I called yesterday to book a small repair (about an hour labor), and told them I was supplying my own parts. I was told the hourly rate was $105/hr. Ok, no problem, brought my car in, labor was exactly 1 hour but the bill shows I was charged $130/hr. I went back in to ask about this and was told that it's $130 when the customer supplies his own parts... I've been going to this place for years now but this is the last time. I hope it was worth it for them to make an extra $25 to lose a customer forever and to get a nice review written about them on google!
