My visit last week was not up to the expectation I had of a more reputable nail salon...the treatment was rushed...the technician I had cut my right foot with the grater in two places after I indicated I was on a blood thinner and she should take some care not to cut me...she assured me it was very dull...her response after they could not get the cuts on my foot to stop bleeding was that the equipment must have been new. It took the manager and the co-op to attend to me. There were no bandages in the salon. Then when all was said and done and we were told the polish had dried we put on our socks and boots since it is winter...LOL in northern Ontario. The mess we had once we got home and check was unspeakable for paying over $160 for the both of us! The one good thing was that the technician my elderly mom had was very good and gentle and thoughtful. Service: Pedicure
