Crazy Beautiful Dresses And Decor

I bought my wedding dress from them this week. It's actually the 2nd dress I bought as I wasn't in love with the first one. (Photo is my first dress as I'm not ready to share the new one yet ). Both are gorgeous, but I've just changed since I bought the first one. They were so kind and went above and beyond to help me find THE dress. I had called previously and the owner took her time to help me find a solution for the first dress, and when I decided I'll just get a different one entirely, she was more than happy to help and got me in the next day. They even encouraged me to try to sell the first one at value rather than what I actually paid for it, which was a very nice touch to the service. No shaming me whatsoever for that. After about 8 different dresses, I found THE one. I think it's also important to note that I was very clear I had no intentions of actually buying a dress that day. (LOL, but when you put THE dress on, you just know). And they were still absolutely incredible anyway, despite knowing that they were not going to be making money from me. I will one hundred percent recommend them to any future brides in or out of our area. They are worth the drive. Thank you so much again for everything. You are a wonderful group.

What a Crazy Beautiful Experience! Kim and Rebecca were just incredible while helping me find a cocktail dress for a last minute event. I walked in feeling a little hopeless and walked out with my chin up and a smile on my face! I won't be going anywhere else from now on.

Honestly Im very disappointed in the experience I had at my appointment. It was the first time trying on dresses after getting engaged and my main point in going was to see what style of dress suited me and what I wanted. I wasnt planning on purchasing anything at the first appointment but did express that Id be back with my bridal party to make a final decision and purchase. I live locally and really wanted to support a local shop. However throughout the appointment I was looked down upon and the staff rudely answered my questions. The biggest thing I found strange was I wasnt allowed to take pictures of myself in the dress. Even after explaining that I wanted pictures for my wedding planner so I could start designing the wedding I wanted. The staff replied that it was theyre policy and I respected that. After talking to my friend who just got married and went there for her bridal party appointment she confused me when she said they were allowed to take photos. And Ive seen photos of people selling dresses on Facebook marketplace showing that obviously its from crazy beautiful dresses. So I will not be going back if they seem to not even want my business. Again very disappointed
