Do your best to avoid. She just copied an old appraisal I gave her (that I didn't have to and looking back probably should not have) done by another company. Saved her a ton of work, measurements etc and she couldn't even give me the report or any info or at least the coles notes because it was a bank appraisal. All this despite me going the extra mile for her. She'll reply blaming it on the bank but it's just a cop out. She could have given me some info. Pleasant to work with when she wants stuff but not so when you want a little bit back. Thanks for nothing Adele!
