I called 1st of May for an oil change appointment and they were booking 25 May. I took it and tried to drop off the truck and they said they do not have me in their system so I would have to wait another 3 weeks for an appointment and they could take my info. Wow first time ever that I get totally dismissed like this after calling twice to ensure they had all info required. Total fail and they have so many customer they dont even seem to care.

These guys want your business and will jump through hoops to try to get it. They want make sure you, as a customer, are happy. A good bunch of guys, unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for.

My wife and I purchased a 2018 Buick from Butler Cadillac G.M. a few weeks ago. We were introduced to Mr. Butler the owner. Sounded like a very nice person. We discussed about maybe receiving a Butler Cap and maybe a T-shirt for my wife to promote the dealership. He said they would mail those items to us shortly. When we left with our vehicle they did not give us a full tank like they had promised but only put in $30.00. When we inquired we were told that the rest of the funds would be used to cover the cost of the cap & T-shirt. I don't think that was Mr. Butler's intention. We were also promised a car cover by the Salesperson as we closed the deal and also a special block heater cord. We are still waiting for those item in the mail. Funny how he was very willing to make many promises before the final price was agreed upon but not the same attitude after the papers were signed. Also the scratches were supposed to be buffered and they were not. I will not trouble you with other issues that my wife had but we are still waiting for those items promised .

I thought I would stop in and browse the parking lot, there's a couple of vehicles that I wanted to I take a look at. There was no prices on any of the vehicles that were there, and I'm always leery about places that don't advertise their prices, they just make them up as they go along.
