Just had the BEST experience at the Pembroke location with the female manager (I forget her name...sorry) and Mike lol Was not getting anywhere with Roger's in the mall, but decided to stop at this kiosk and they solved my dilemma and saved me about $400! I couldn't be more happier!

Kristen and Tania were extremely patient and helpful. We will definitely be recommending friends and family to shop there for new phones and Roger plans and my husband Gary says ' if it wasn't for Kristen I wouldn't have ever gotten a phone" hands down the best service ever.

I had to drive in to replace a phone that was damaged after being run over. When I arrived at Wireless wave the staff were extremely kind and accommodating while they helped me find a new device. While waiting for my device to transfer over my files the staff also showed me the benefits of the Google Pixel 7 and gave me testimonials on their experiences with the device. I have not used Wireless Wave prior to this experience, but I can ensure you that I will seek them out when I need a replacement in the future! Thanks guys :)
