Worst dealership ever. Dont give them your business. They wont sell you a car unless you give them a trade. They want to double dip on a car sale. Very unethical & illegal behavior. I will be reporting them to OMVIC.

Service advisors didnt really seem too impressed when my husband and I showed up asking for our tire pressure to be check and air put into the tires. With attitude was told techs on lunch I have worked with the automotive industry and you can ask anyone to come and help with a simple tire check and they will! When handed back my keys the service advisor couldnt even smile or look us in the face. Customer service 0!

Im going to write this review well its fresh in my mind. My vehicle was recently stolen, weve been attempting to locate a vehicle nationally because the vehicle were looking for is hard to find. I spoke with a sales person regarding the vehicle and asked him simple questions, is it available ect? He calls me back to let me know its available and I ask for pictures, he says to me I have to ask you some questions first before I do that. This was so odd but whatever I answered his first question, THEN he proceeds to ask me what I do for work? I said okay my work place is legit irrelevant I literally want pictures of the vehicle being hours away and in a time crunch looking around. (I understand if we start paperwork absolutely this is all relevant) I asked him again for the pictures he said I need to know what you do for work I said why? He literally responded we only sell to certain types of people. I asked for his sales manager immediately and this ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING GENERAL MANAGER PAT tried to excuse this sales managers behaviour by stating they only sell to certain types of people ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. And a GM who endorses his sales guys behaviour! Disgusting! Im literally reporting them to GM right now!
