Tim Hortons

I went in to get get an iced cap, with other things, their machines were down. The older lady behind the counter told the manager to just give me an iced coffee because "she clearly doesn't know any better". I don't go to Timmy's anymore, I was only here today with a friend. So yes, I don't know what's going on but that doesn't mean you give me something else and don't say anything about it. My friend, who the drink was for, went to get the correct drink and that's when she was told about the machine being down and was told about the comment made by the older lady. She got my money back for me.

Every time is go, you are out of product that is featured on your menu. I tried to get a new Smokey chicken bowl, no chicken , changed to a steak wrap, no steak. It was 2 pm and I was on my lunch. This happens almost every time I try to go for lunch. It is so disappointing. Can you not look at trending sales. If you run out every day at 2 pm, make more. I also dont understand when you are running low, you cant make more to get through the day. I have also gone for an ice cap, various days, various times and the machine it alway being cleaned. On a hot day, at 4 pm. I think not. It is very disappointing. I will often by pass Tim Hortons and take my business else where. There is no excuse. I was a restaurant general manager for 20 years. I know you can do so much better.

Takes 10 to 15 minutes even if there's only one car heading you order is always wrong kids working on professionalism. I rolling and services definitely gone downhill .
