        Was there on time for my appt, 1 hour later was told 5 minutes and then 20 minutes later still havent been called. Not the first time this has happened. Seems to be everytime their extremely behind. And no heads up saying their behind come later or anything. Dont plan your appt on a day where you have something to do later!! Nothing against the reception staff at all. Nothing to do with them.
