        McGuire's Doughnuts is my all time favourite doughnut shop, and this is coming from someone who has frequented both sides of the doughnut war in Ottawa between SuzyQ and Mavericks throughout the years. McGuire's is simply unbeatable in both product quality and price. Having such amazing doughnuts within a short walk here in Pembroke is both a blessing and a curse. Having the perfect solution to my doughnut cravings is no doubt convenient, but unfortunately this makes regulating my doughnut consumption nearly impossible. In all seriousness, if you haven't tried these doughnuts yet, do yourself a favour and pick up a half dozen. You won't regret it!

        I heard about this business by happening across the owner while he shoveled his walk. He was really affable, interested in revitalizing the downtown and generally a great person So we decided to check out his shop and these donuts rock! Go grab some and then take a walk by the river or enjoy downtown
